8. DTF Transfer Responsibility
DTF transfers require correct heat press settings and proper application.
Customers are responsible for:
- Using suitable garments
- Using appropriate heat press equipment
- Applying correct temperature
- Applying correct pressure
- Following recommended pressing time
- Using the correct peel method
- Following garment care instructions
We recommend testing pressing settings before completing a large production run.
Kinard’s Creations is not responsible for transfers damaged by incorrect application.
9. UV DTF Responsibility
UV DTF transfers are intended for compatible hard surfaces.
Customers are responsible for preparing and cleaning the application surface and applying transfers correctly.
Kinard’s Creations cannot guarantee results on every material or surface.
We recommend testing unfamiliar materials before applying a large quantity of transfers.
10. Pricing
All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
A price change will not generally affect an order that has already been successfully placed and paid for, unless there was an obvious pricing or technical error.
We reserve the right to cancel or correct an order affected by a significant pricing error.
11. Payment
Payment is required according to the payment methods available through our Shopify checkout.
Orders may not enter production until payment has been successfully authorized or received.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if:
- Payment cannot be verified
- Fraud is suspected
